I'm proof that even an HR pro can have a career identity crisis.
After studying work psychology at NYU, excelling in various HR roles at NBCUniversal, Stitch Fix, and Tinder, and getting my masters in HR, I still felt like something was missing in my professional life, and that I hadn't really found my *thing*... and it was beyond frustrating.
So, I started my own big career pivot from corporate HR to independent career coaching in the middle of a global pandemic, using everything I knew about recruiter psychology, job application best-practices, and values-based goal setting.
It was messy, maddening, and lonely. I knew there had to be a more empowering, connected way to make a career pivot, so I made it—just for driven millennial women like you.
